  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • Once processing or shipping starts, cancellation may not be possible.

2.3 Incorrect Information

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses or customer information.

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days

Natural disasters, strikes, or courier delays may affect delivery times.

4.3 Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect products at delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours.

5.1 Eligibility for Returns

A return or refund will be offered if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item
  • The product remains unused and in original packaging (if applicable)

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used food items
  • Perishable items (meat, dairy, spices, rice, ghee) unless defective on arrival
  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer

5.3 Refund Options

If eligible, you may receive:

  • A refund to your original payment method
  • A replacement product
  • Store credit, if preferred

Refunds take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5.4 Return Shipping

  • If the error is on our end, we cover shipping costs.
  • If the customer returns due to personal reasons, return shipping must be paid by the customer.
  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
